Brushing a stray errand of hair out of her face, Virginia finished chopping the last of strawberry stalks before picking one up. Running it over her lips, she let her tongue dart out for a moment before biting into the sweet flesh. Looking up knowingly, she caught Ed's gaze from outside the window. Chewing on the strawberry, she licked her fingers clean before swallowing slowly.

Taking rather deliberate steps towards the door, she unlocked it before pulling it open ajar for Edwin. Turning on her heels, she headed back towards the strawberries.

"Are those for me?" Virginia asked carefully, picking a vase and placing it down for him to use.
